Learn a Language Intuitively
Hey, I’m Christian.
More than ten years ago I spent six months trying to learn Spanish and got almost nowhere. I had no idea how to learn a language, so I quit.
Then I stopped studying the way I thought I was supposed to, and started learning through content I actually enjoyed — reading, listening, and speaking, not grinding grammar or using apps that didn’t move the needle. It worked. I ended up picking up Cantonese and Finnish at the same time, two of the languages people call the hardest, and later came back to the Spanish I'd given up on. More recently I’ve also added Korean into the mix.
I've been learning languages every day since 2017. Lingtuitive is where I write honestly about what's actually worked — the apps, courses, tools, and methods I use myself.
No gimmicks or shortcuts. Just what I've found from doing this every day for years, pursuing my love for languages and cultures.
